Final Report:
The UG & PG students of the our department
organized the significant cultural festival Onam on 28-08-2023 at 2:00 PM. The
celebration was presided over by Dr. D.
Arul Dhas, Associate Professor & H.O.D (S.F.) Department of Physics. The gathering was enlightened by the prayer
song by Princy & group of I B.Sc. Physics. Malkija of I M.Sc. Physics (A) welcomed the gathering
with her warm noon greetings. A quiz program based on Onam theme, was conducted
by Abisha & team of II B.Sc. Physics. Sweets were given to those who had
answered correctly. Followed by, the Thiruvathirakali, a popular group dance in
Kerala, which was performed by Abhirami & group of III B.Sc. Physics. Some
interesting fun games like paper cup building, blowing the candles and dumb
charades were conducted by Abisha & team of II B.Sc. Physics. Some of them
voluntarily participated in the games and won the games within the time limit.
Femi of I M.Sc. Physics (A), thanked one and all
gathered in this occasion. At the end of the session, all stood on their feet
for the National Anthem.
