As a part of Algology Syllabus the I M.SC students were taken to a field study cum collection trip on 29/10/2022. The places of visit were Leepuram, Vattakottai, Kanyakumari and the adjacent coastal regions. The students studied the distribution and occurrence of various classes of algae and collected them for their herbarium preparation. They also visited the Pinnacle Biotechnology Lab, Arokiyapuram.
